Common questions

What to expect from the $199 inspection.

What does the inspection cover?

It is a visual evaluation of safely accessible roof surfaces, penetrations, flashing, transitions and visible problem areas. You receive a written overview of the roof’s observed condition, useful photographs, plain-English findings and practical next steps.

When is the $199 payment due?

Payment is due at the time of the inspection unless we agree otherwise in advance. Any work or service beyond the roof-condition inspection is discussed and approved separately.

How will I receive my report?

Your written roof-condition report will be delivered electronically within two business days following the inspection, after the photographs, findings and available property information have been organized and reviewed.

What if the roof is unsafe or the weather is bad?

Roof access depends on the roof type, height, condition, weather and other site-safety factors. Unsafe conditions may require the inspection to be limited or rescheduled. The report identifies conditions observed in areas that can be safely accessed.

Is this an engineering or insurance report?

No. This is a visual roof-condition inspection—not an engineering report, code certification, leak guarantee or insurance form unless a different service is separately agreed to in writing.
